WKRP contests are open to residents over the age of 18 residing in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky only.

Employees and relatives of employees employed by radio stations, ad agencies, television stations, competing media companies, WKRP advertisers and their immediate families are ineligible for WKRP contests.

No contest participant is eligible to win more than one contest prize in any 45-day period.

Concert tickets awarded on WKRP are available at will call at the venue where the concert is held. Pick up is subject to the box office hours of the specific venue providing the prize. Non-concert ticket prizes are available for pick-up at the WKRP broadcast studios at 118 S. Main Street, Dry Ridge Kentucky 41035 or can be mailed to winners. A valid photo ID may be required for in-person pick up either at the station or at venue will call. WKRP studio hours are Monday-Friday 10AM to 5PM. Directions to our studios can be found at wherethemusicwent.com. WKRP reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize won. Mailed prizes are shipped at the winner's sole risk. WKRP is not responsible for loss or damage caused by the U.S. Post Office.

The method for play for any specific contest other than taking a random caller to win will be available in writing at our studios during normal business hours and will be posted on our website at wherethemusicwent.com. Random caller contests seeking a specific caller will use (855) 286-2747 as the phone number for play. By calling this number, participants agree that they grant WKRP the right to air their voice and comments live or on a delayed basis.

All contest participants grant to WKRP the right to use their name, likeness and voice in all promotional materials - on air or off air - to support, promote and publicize any contest and/or WKRP radio stations.

Non-concert ticket prizes of any kind must be picked up or mailed within two weeks of winning. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and redistributed as WKRP sees fit.

WKRP is not responsible for any failures of the U.S. Post Office, telephone service or computer connectivity that may affect a listener's ability to participate in WKRP contests. Our streaming audio service is not time-synched to our terrestrial, over the air broadcast services. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the ability to participate in contests to streaming WKRP listeners.

Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable Federal, State and Local taxes and fees incurred as a result of accepting a prize from WKRP.

The General Manager of WKRP will be the deciding judge of any and all disputes arising from contest play on WKRP. The decision of the judge is binding and final.
